Heat adjustment: Check all windows and doors. Adjust heat as needed to ensure efficiency.
Water: Check the utility of sinks, showers, toilets and other plumbing fixtures. Ensure that water is running and pipes are not frozen.
Appliances: Check functionality of fireplace, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer and all other appliances.
Garbage removal/pick up.
Common maintenance. (Changing light bulbs, tightening joints and fixtures, etc...)
